We make a salmon salad that it'...Hey Elizabeth,<br />We make a salmon salad that it's great for lunch. We use wild Alaskan canned salmon from Costco. Mesh it with a fork, put mayo (based on taste), squeeze some lemon, salt, pepper and voila. It's great on sandwiches or if you want to be carb-free use it on lettuce or cabbage leaves. It's great.
