Sunday - We had a missions team visit for a week. Here is a picture of two of them. It was wonderful to spend time with them. You could just see the love they have for the Lord. They were inspiring and convicting! Monday - Paul, Kathy and I celebrated the 4th of July and my 33rd birthday at the Bellagio. Kathy got us an awesome room with amazing view of the water show. Tuesday - Wednesday - Thursday - I didn't get any pictures taken. Spent lots of time with the missions team as well as getting the house ready for company Friday - Uncle Mike, Aunt Rita and Kayla spent the weekend with us. Aunt Rita brought 3 albums full of letters written to my Grandparents back in 1992 when they celebrated 50 years of marriage. This was the page I wrote those many years ago. Saturday - Kathy treated us to pedicures. This was Aunt Rita and Kayla's first ever pedicure. They loved it! Check out Sara's blog every Sunday to see what everyone is doing each week.

I know these pictures are way overdue but I still wanted to share them with you. July 4th was my 33rd birthday. Kathy and Paul went over and above to make sure I had a wonderful birthday. The view from the Bellagio hotel room Breathtaking view both during the day and at night.

I can't believe I am a week behind. I have no excuse really so I won't bore you with explaining myself. So before I post week 28 I better get myself caught up. This was my last week of house sitting. I got to enjoy some time with this sweet family from church. I also had another family come over to enjoy the pool but I didn't get a picture of them...sorry. Paul bought Kathy a keyboard for her anniversary. Some day in the future Kathy is going to take lessons but for now Paul does an amazing job at playing. Kathy and Paul had a half day at work on Friday due to the holiday weekend. When they got home we planned to go out for dinner and a movie. Kathy decided she wanted to put my hair in curlers so I let her. I will post lots of pictures from my birthday weekend (which was July 4 th ) but this one I share with you this week because they gave me this birthday gift a few days early. At church our pastor selects a Bible verse to memorize each month. Some months I have taken the time to memorize it but sadly other months I have allowed other things to take priority in my life. I want to hide God's word in my heart that I might not sin against Him (Psalm 119:11) so I am going to challenge myself to memorize more scripture. This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success. Joshua 1:8
