P365 ~ Week 22, 23 & 24

Let me apologize right now because this is going to be a long post since it covers three weeks.

It has been so nice to get stamping time in with Kathy.  Stamping is really relaxing and it makes me feel really productive.  I love making cards and using them to brighten people's days.  These cards are ones Kathy created.  I think she did an awesome job!  BTW - If anyone is interested in any Stampin' Up products, we just got Kathy set up with a website.  Feel free to share http://kathryng.stampinup.net/ with friends and family.
I am so thankful for the many recent opportunities I have had to cat sit.  These two are brothers and they are so funny to sit and watch.  They rough house just like boys would.
I received this envelope as return mail- address unknown... I was amazed because it's post marked June 2011... I couldn't believe it... I have never received such old mail before.
We flew to Seattle to meet up with family for our Alaska cruise.  Us girls got some quality time in together at Cheesecake factory.
Got my nails done... I don't normally do anything with my nails because I am constantly cleaning and ruining them, but since I was going to be away from home for a week and a half, Kathy treated me.
We went to a Grace Brethren Church in Seattle.  I haven't been in a Grace Brethren Church in a long time.  They were all so friendly.
This was the atrium to our lovely hotel in Seattle.  They had a delicious hot breakfast buffet every morning and...
...in the afternoons they had snack time.  Rachel loved the Shirley Temple drinks.  Every afternoon she made sure to get a cup or two :-)
We celebrated Dad and Mom's anniversary while we were all together.  We enjoyed an entertaining meal at Benihana.
We took tons of photos in Seattle but since this post was already going to be extra long I just chose this one picture of the Space Needle.  Look here for more pictures from our time in Seattle.
Alaska was amazing!  I am still going through all the pictures that were taken but I did pick out a few for this post.
We went on this train ride excursion and I would totally recommend it for anyone going to Alaska.  I would even do it again.
We saw lots of beautiful waterfalls.
This is a picture of the most delicious dessert that Carnival offers.  It's called Bitter Blanc and it's fabulous.
We got our towel creations every night on the cruise.  I did take pictures of each one but I am sharing this one because I want to see if anyone can guess what it is.  Funny thing is - all of us staying in this cabin had no clue what it was and the Rosalyn walked in and said "Oh that is such a cute little ______" She knew just what it was the first time she looked at it.  So do you know what it is?
We had two different opportunities to do some gold panning.  It was fun to try it and say I've done it but I learned that I have no patience for it.
We also had two different Salmon bakes... this one was the second one and it was the best one!
We had a balcony cabin and it was awesome because we got to enjoy lots of beautiful sites like this one while relaxing in our private balcony.
One of our excursions we saw so many bald eagles.  It was amazing!
I came home from our fabulous vacation and went straight to a dog sitting job.
I have been enjoying this cutie names Tanuki.
He is a very well trained dog and so adorable!
Well, it's time for me to go to Sara's blog and catch up on my reading.

The mail thing was weird for sure. I am so jealous of the Alaska cruise. That is on my bucket list and one of two states I have not been to. I hope to get their soon....especially after seeing your trip in photos.

Sounds like you are staying busy! I love your nails. I haven't gotten mine done in forever either. Because of the same reason.... they wouldn't last past the first day of housework! :o)

So, are you going to reveal what the towel creation is?
