Cow Appreciation Day

What would you do for a free meal at Chick-Fil-A?
Sorry about the poor quality...it's a scan of a Polaroid picture taken at Chick-Fil-A.

Well today is Cow Appreciation Day at Chick-Fil-A. If you dress up as a cow you get a free combo meal.

When I first heard about this I thought "I would never do such a thing" ...well 20 minutes before Mike was going to take his lunch today we decided to go to Chick-Fil-A... so I printed some "Eat Mor Chikin" signs and I cut out some black spots and pinned them on our shirts.

Mike was so embarrassed at the beginning but by the end of our lunch he was really getting into character. Some boys walked past us and Mike started mooing. It was really funny but I guess you had to be there.

Are you getting your free meal today?

You guys looked GREAT!!!!! And wise stewards too! A few black paper spots and a free sandwhich (any kind), fries, and a drink! Way to go! Did you hit Starbucks after for your free coffee? When we went today, the funniest thing was to watch people come in that had no idea what was going on just looking around thinking, "Why is everyone dressed as cows?" and "Is it too late for me to get out of here?" There was some very confused looks on those "non-cows" today! : ) Great Fun!

The Chik-Fil-A we went to didn't have very many people dressed as cows so people looked at us alot.
