I have been able to spend some time alone with Rachel which has made it that much more special for me. She spent the night Friday night... so after a shower to get ready for bed we sat on the bed and she read to me.
It is amazing how much she has grown/changed since the last time I saw her. She does a great job reading. I am really proud of her and how well she does in school.Saturday morning Rachel and I made breakfast for Grandpa. Rachel read the recipe and did most of the measuring and stirring. The pancakes were delicious! This isn't the best quality picture but I still wanted to share it. When we were in the van Rachel put her hand on the window. The window had condensation on it so her palm print stayed on the window. When we drove by the light I saw it and I thought it was a great picture moment.
