That song is not only theologically correct, it is so old that it has become new again. Oh to resurrect a bunch of those songs!
Grandpa and Grandma Hirschy (your great grandparents) used to have a favorite which is also so old many people don't know it. It is well worth bringing back up. It is "Wounded for me" Look it up sometime.
