So along with fasting and praying on Wednesday, I will be giving my money to Gospel for Asia to buy chickens in memory of Mike.

Chickens...Chickens...Chickens
I posted the other day about buying chickens from World Vision but since my post I was also given information about Gospel for Asia. They also have chickens you can buy for families to help them with income. One hundred percent of the money you give to Gospel for Asia is sent to the field, none is used for administration. That means a lot!

We talked to the kids and we are going to donate some chickens to the Gospel of Asia in honor of Uncle Mike! The kids also want to fast (except games because they said Uncle Mike loved playing games with us) for one day...so we will be playing lots of games. Also, they are going to cook a meal and feed the homeless on Monday. Mike was such a wonderful example of God's love to others. We all loved Mike so much and it was such an honor to know him. The kids have been talking a lot this week about the day Mike/you spent with them last 9/16. Those are memories they will never forget. Thank you for being such a big part of our lives! ~ We love you!
