Read this story about a little boy named Misha who came to the US from Russia for surgery. The sweet family currently housing him have the desire to adopt him. If your heart goes out to him as mine did, then I urge you to pray for him. If you are able to financially help with the adoption costs I know that would be greatly appreciated.
