Balsamic Glazed Carrots

Balsamic Glazed Carrots

1 lb. fresh carrots, washed and cut into thin round slices
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp brown sugar

Place all ingredients together and cook in skillet until carrots are tender.  Serve and enjoy!
