Here is the recipe I promised. Kathy found it on the ever so famous Pioneer Woman site. We love curry and this was fantastic. Kathy made it alittle different by adding bow tie pasta. It was delicious! And this is one of those recipes that the meal tasting just as good if not even better the next day.

Mulligatawny
