P365 ~ Week 4

I have to share this video and I hope Kathy and Paul don't mind.  After devotions one night Paul took out my little song book from Argentina and picked out a song to sing.

Sunday ~ tried to get some cards finished.  I am working on cards with verses on them.  I find they can be used for anything and they are good to have on hand.
Monday ~ Worked on making some more cards.  Today was a focus on thank you cards.
Tuesday ~ I had a stamping buddy to spend the day with.
This is one of Jen's creations for the day.  I have to say she did a wonderful job especially since this was her first time stamping.  I love how her cards turned out.
Wednesday ~ I had finished making dinner and I was getting ready to sit and relax when I noticed that the entire house was orange.  I didn't have any lights on and the fiery orange colors coming through the windows were amazing.  This picture doesn't do it justice.  It colors in the sky were so gorgeous!
Thursday ~ I didn't get to walk very many days this week so I decided to walk longer.  I almost made 6 miles.  I think this is the longest I've ever walked.
Friday ~ I am back to working at Kathy's office.  It's only once a week but it will help her out and the extra money will be a blessing for me.  This is what I got accomplished on my first day back.  All these policies needed to be bound, policy letters printed and then stuffed in envelopes to mail out.  I didn't take the time to count them all but I would say there are probably around 60.  There is a desk in the back with a pile of papers to file but I didn't get to those.  I guess my next work day I'll be able to work on that.
Saturday ~ We had a little party with some ladies from church.  We had them over and watched "The Help" movie.  We got fried chicken and we made baked beans, mac and cheese, biscuits and of course a chocolate pie.  It was fun.  The two ladies who were able to make it had never seen the movie or read the book.  We had a good time laughing and crying.
