My Brilliant Idea

I made blueberry pancakes for lunch today. I had a brilliant idea to put turkey bacon on the pancakes while they cooked. I wouldn't recommend this with regular bacon but ham would also work.

The verdict: Excellent idea except next time I will cut the bacon up into pieces and just mix it in the batter.
